Tips and Tricks to Prevent Blackheads

Blackheads can be seen on everybody regardless of gender and skin type. In case necessary precautions are not taken, blackheads may cause formation of lesions and acnes. Formation of blackheads may have many reasons. Most common reasons are pigmentation increase, sunlight, skin disorders, liver injuries and acne scars.

Formation of blackhead begins to increase during puberty. If necessary precautions are not taken after this period, this problem becomes widespread on skin surface even it may cause formation of cystic acnes. Formed as a result of dirt and oil accumulation within skin pores, blackheads may increase during period of menstruation in women. Hormonal changes during this period are effective on increase of blackheads. Feeding habits, skin type and daily habits may be effective on blackhead formation.

It is not as difficult as it is supposed to prohibit the formation of blackheads, which are annoying for both in terms of skin cleanliness and esthetics. You may reduce the formation of blackheads by making just minor changes in your daily life. You may also reduce formation of blackheads by washing your face with products suitable for your skin type every morning and night. After makeup, cleansing your face at night will prevent residues to accumulate within pores and by this way you prevent these residues to turn into blackheads and then acnes.

For preventing blackhead formation due to sun’s UV rays, you can use a sunscreen with high sun protection factor (SPF) before going out. By using sunscreen, you can prevent harmful solar rays and premature aging. Vitamin E has been found to be very effective in the prevention of blackheads. Therefore you can prevent the blackhead formation by using vitamin E rich creams at night. You can add vitamin C-rich foods to your nutrition plan, since it prevents melanin formation. Even actions made for blackheads solve the problem, blackheads may again arise. For this reason, you should always take care of your skin cleanliness and skin care. By frequently cleansing your face   and using products suitable for skin type, you can prevent re-emergence of blackheads.
